I don't know why I waited so long to get my varicose vein's treated. Maybe I thought that it would hurt. I decided to see Dr. Pitman for evaluation. After finding out what the procedure would entail I decided to go ahead. Finished my last treatment today and I am totally amazed at the difference in the way my legs feel. There was really no pain at all I was very comfortable with Dr. Pitman and his staff I would totally recommend him to anyone considering this procedure.

I was referred to Dr. Pittman and his outstanding staff for my always discolored and swollen lower legs. The legs would have to be elevated 2-3 times a day. Vein911 did an evaluation and recommended a treatment plan. Everything they promised has come true. My legs are no longer swell and the "Smurf" color has disappeared. My days are much fuller now thanks to everyone at Vein911. Highly recommended to anyone with vein issues.

In 2004 I suffered a massive stroke, truly blessed to even be able to write this. Since then, I have had many (4-6 in each leg) DVT's (deep vein thrombosis) causing my legs to do what they needed with my blood flow. Unfortunately, over time this caused further issues. In September 2014 I has a varicose vein burst, requiring one stitch. Since then, my wound was not healing but in fact got worse and worse over the next several months. The swelling in my leg was at times unbearable, and I was stuck in bed. Being on a limited income due to my disability my options were also limited, even with insurance. The co-payments were simply not feasible. I was relying on my primary care physician for answers and remedies. After months and months of trying this treatment and that treatment he suggested to contact Dr Pittman at Vein911. So I did just that. I first came into contact with Ashley, and to be honest words can not describe how helpful and knowledgeable she is/was. From my first conversation with Ashley, I just knew I was in the right place. Even if they could not fix my leg, Ashley made me feel so comfortable, like we were family. Our first appointment was for an ultrasound and mapping of the legs? The thing is, I walked away with absolutely NO questions, they already answered them all. Not only does he explain your condition to you he explains in a way that the average Joe can understand. For me he said" you have a leak in the attic and it is flooding the basement, we have to get the leak fixed in order to clean the basement". In depth he explained exactly what the treatments entailed and what to expect after each treatment. So I figured what the heck, I will give another treatment a try. I was not very optimistic only because all the other treatments I tried didn't work. I had my wife take picture of my wound before I did the first laser treatment. A day after the treatment I had my wife change the bandage on my wound (no bandages from treatment) and her eyes lit up, in shock she was. Just after one treatment we noticed a difference!! We scheduled our next appointment, even more healing. You get the picture......IT IS WORKING!!! After 2 laser treatments and 3 foam treatments the wound has shrunk more than half the size it was just a month ago, and I do not have swelling in my leg. I have recently completed treatment on both legs and while I am still healing, I see a vast improvement. Dr. Pittman is a genius in his field and I highly recommend him. His staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.
