I wonder if my procedures were in my best interest. I told you that on the feedback you asked me to complete and you followed it up by sending me this. won’t say here what I said there. But based on what I wrote, I am guessing you don’t read the feedback you asked for post visit or bet you would not have sent me this to me now. But, will go with docs are super nice as is staff.
