Was referred to an “arterial “ Doctor. He was to take a look at my scans, report back before my next appointment with Vein911. This doctor and all his partners didn’t have any appointments within my “window”. I called to see if they had another doctor who they could refer me to. Basically, I was told “you’re on your own, kid.” I have a copy of this voicemail. Needless to say, I’m going elsewhere. I was treated SO WELL on my previous appointments, . . . then this!!!May 9, 2024
My first visit to Vein911 in Wesley Chapel was so positive. The staff was very friendly, professional, efficient and my appointment started on time - no long wait! Dr Moshref was the best. He was patient, knowledgeable and addressed all my questions and concerns with patience and clarity. I am looking forward to continuing the plan they prescribed and achieving results. I have continued my treatment and I love this place. Both Conner and Stephanie have improved the appearance of my legs. They are so skilled and patient. They never rush through the session. I will continue my treatments and will look to them for future needs. Brittany is so sweet and friendly. She is efficient and professional and keeps me updated on appointments and informed on at home care. Stephanie is wonderful. She addresses my concerns with patience and achieves what I consider miracles for my unsightly veins that I have been trying to address for many years.
