Christian recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University with a B.S. in Cell and Molecular Neuroscience. As an undergraduate, he balanced academic excellence with an array of impactful experiences. While pursuing his degree, Christian provided respite care to local veterans enrolled in hospice, was an active member of FSU's Medical Response Unit, instructed a class of 19 students as a Freshman Interest Group Leader, curbed the spread of COVID-19 as a Case Investigator and Contact Tracer, and performed molecular neuroscience research with the objective of determining the molecular and cellular mechanisms through which sleep deprivation affects long-term memory. Christian is an aspiring primary care physician who is passionate about building relationships with patients and is currently applying to medical school. Born and raised in Tampa, Christian finds joy in a balanced life. He enjoys going to the gym, spending time with family and friends, and caring for his pet ball python, Sheldon.
