Chief Financial Officer
Steve Johnson, MBA, is the Chief Financial Officer for Vein911. He has over 20 years of business and management experience, and has led the strategic finance initiatives for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, led an IPO, and managed a 500M diversified business portfolio. Mr. Johnson is a proven leader and developer of high-performing teams with a strong background in financial management, accounting, treasury, risk management, operations, and business leadership. In particular, he is regarded for his outstanding experience and skill with respect to forecasting, financial restructuring, shared services, operational turnarounds, mergers & acquisitions, international operations, and strategic business planning. Mr. Johnson has considerable experience in the Healthcare, Technology, Automotive, Medical Devices and Building Products industries. Most recently, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for HillCour, Inc. Mr. Johnson attended George Washington University (GWU) where he was a dual sport varsity NCAA Division I athlete in Swimming and Water Polo. He was a NROTC scholarship recipient and graduated with honors from the GWU School of Business and Public Policy. Mr. Johnson was able to take advantage of GWU’s location in downtown Washington, D.C. and served as a Legislative Intern for a US Senator from Georgia. After graduation, Mr. Johnson spent over 5 years in the US Navy as a Naval Officer specializing in Finance and Logistics. Following his military service, he completed his MBA at Columbia Business School where he graduated with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting. Mr. Johnson serves on the Board of Directors Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay where he is a frequent classroom volunteer, an active member of the American Legion, and is the past President of the Tampa Bay Chapter of Financial Executives International.
